By accessing or using moeov.com and its payment infrastructure services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
moeov.com provides payment infrastructure APIs, developer tools, and related fintech services to enable businesses and developers to process payments programmatically. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must create an account to access our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
All subscription fees and usage-based charges are billed in accordance with the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. You authorize moeov.com to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.
All content, software, APIs, documentation, and trademarks associated with moeov.com are the exclusive property of moeov.com or its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our APIs solely for integration purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not use moeov.com to facilitate illegal transactions, money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law or regulations. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense our services without express written consent, and you may not engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the platform's integrity or security.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our APIs complies with all applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents from your end users.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. moeov.com does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, moeov.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to moeov.com in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. moeov.com may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
