moeov.com bills on a monthly cycle, starting from the date you activate a paid plan. Your invoice is generated automatically at the end of each billing period and includes a detailed breakdown: platform subscription fee, per-transaction processing fees, and any add-on usage (webhooks, advanced analytics, dedicated support). You'll receive an email notification 3 days before each invoice is finalized, giving you time to review your usage. Payment is charged to the card or bank account on file. All fees are listed in USD; international accounts are billed in USD with no hidden currency conversion surcharge on our end.

There are no monthly minimums on our Starter or Growth plans — you only pay for what you use above the included free tier volume. The Scale plan carries a flat monthly platform fee regardless of usage, but there is no long-term contract: you can cancel or downgrade at any time before your next billing date. Enterprise agreements may include annual volume commitments negotiated directly with our sales team, and those terms are always stated explicitly in your contract. We do not lock you into multi-year deals without your explicit agreement.

The sandbox is completely free for all accounts, including those on the free tier. Sandbox API calls are never billed, never touch real money, and do not count toward your monthly transaction quotas. You get full access to every API endpoint — payments, payouts, webhooks, refunds, disputes — using test card numbers and simulated bank accounts. Sandbox rate limits are generous (5,000 requests/minute) so you can run load tests without restrictions. Data in the sandbox is retained for 90 days, after which test records are automatically purged. You can reset your sandbox environment at any time from the developer dashboard.

Our standard card processing rate is 1.9{eb9e153d5458cfde4cb73030bfae0e40d783d4826bb51660c059a543393ce222} + $0.20 per successful transaction on the Growth plan, and as low as 1.5{eb9e153d5458cfde4cb73030bfae0e40d783d4826bb51660c059a543393ce222} + $0.15 on Scale and Enterprise tiers based on volume. For context, many major payment platforms charge 2.9{eb9e153d5458cfde4cb73030bfae0e40d783d4826bb51660c059a543393ce222} + $0.30 at comparable volumes. We don't charge separate fees for 3D Secure authentication, basic fraud screening, or standard chargeback reviews (first two per month are free). International cards carry an additional 0.8{eb9e153d5458cfde4cb73030bfae0e40d783d4826bb51660c059a543393ce222} cross-border fee, and currency conversion is charged at 1{eb9e153d5458cfde4cb73030bfae0e40d783d4826bb51660c059a543393ce222} above the mid-market rate — both of which are disclosed on every transaction record. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom interchange-plus pricing.

You own your data — always. You can export all your transaction records, customer profiles (excluding raw card numbers, which are never stored on our servers), webhook logs, and API audit trails at any time in JSON or CSV format directly from the dashboard. If you decide to leave moeov.com, you have a 60-day offboarding window during which your account remains readable (no new transactions) and all export features stay active. After that window, data is securely deleted from our production systems per our retention policy (detailed in the Privacy Policy). We do not sell, license, or share your transaction data with third parties for marketing purposes.

You can upgrade at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard with a single click — no sales call required for Starter, Growth, or Scale plans. Upgrades take effect immediately: your rate limits, API quotas, and feature access are updated within seconds of confirmation. For the remainder of your current billing cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount reflecting the difference between your old and new plan. Downgrades, on the other hand, take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you don't lose access to features you've already paid for.
