We automatically collect technical data including IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and API request logs.

We may collect payment card data solely through PCI-DSS-compliant processors; we do not store raw card numbers on our servers.

To provision, operate, and improve the moeov.com payment infrastructure platform and associated developer tools.

To process transactions, send transactional emails, provide support, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

To send product updates and marketing communications where you have given consent or where permitted by applicable law.

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain session state and authentication, and analytics cookies (e.g. first-party analytics) to understand platform usage.

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.

We maintain SOC 2 Type II controls, conduct annual penetration tests, and operate a responsible disclosure program at security@moeov.com.

Our services are directed solely at businesses and individuals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact privacy@moeov.com and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before they take effect.

Continued use of moeov.com after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
